A sharp pencil - Well that was a stupid thing to sugest but it's true. You do need a sharp pencil to get nice thin lines. These are cheap and you can buy them nearly anywhere.
An inky pen thing to go around the manga
A compass (with little pencil would be helpful but you can use the pencil you draw with)
COLOURS!! but you wont need these if you are gonna not colour it in or haven't drawn it yet.
